I owe you all pictures from my Christmas Spectacular of North Florida. I'm still catching up on sleep from the holidays it seems, but seeing family and friends made it worth all the driving.
Sometimes seeing the ocean and big wide expanses of water brings me back in touch with the whole picture.
Did I mention I like the ocean?
And right now I am really appreciating oratorio arias. (Think opera, but religious, and not staged, and beautiful!) In particular: Renée Fleming's Sacred Songs Album and Kiri Te Kanawa's Ave Maria Album. Divine!
I'm still working on my pictures from recent vacation. Taking sunset picture after sunset picture became boring to me, so I shifted my focus to the sand and the myriad of creatures it had to offer.
Never had I stooped so low and looked so silly as when I was taking these pictures. My butt got wet from waves several times, but not my camera!
